Psychoeducational and developmental workshops for parents
Workshops for parents are a unique space for development, serving primarily to strengthen adults and their parenting skills.
We support parents in building the self-awareness, knowledge, and skills necessary to wisely accompany their children in their development and growing up.
We organize psychoeducational and developmental workshops for adults—parents and caregivers of children—in both in-person and online formats.
In a cozy and intimate space, we talk about parenting, learn about child development psychology, discover knowledge about the psychosocial development of children, as well as the developmental needs of children depending on their stage of development and age. We talk about the challenges of today’s world and how to meet the changing individual needs of children.
The aim of our workshops is to empower parents so that they can take proper care of themselves and support their children in everyday, ordinary, but also difficult moments.
Each meeting consists of a theoretical and workshop part, as well as a discussion part. The meetings are conducted by mental health specialists with many years of experience and practice in working with children and families.
Workshop groups consist of a maximum of 10-15 people.
