Paul Klein

Paul is an internationally recognized authority on the social goals of business. Since 2001, he has run Impakt, a consulting firm in Toronto that helps private companies as well as nonprofit organizations define their social impact goals, develop evidence-based solutions and communicate the successes they achieve. In this way, Impakt helps businesses and organizations solve social problems. Companies that have used Impakt’s services include Cadillac Fairview, Home Depot, John Deere, McCain Foods, Nestlé, Petro-Canada, Pfizer, Scotiabank, Starbucks, Sanofi and Walmart.

In 2019, he founded the Impact Foundation for Social Change, a charity whose mission is to help refugees gain valuable employment.
