Andrzej Kubisiak

Manager with 15 years of experience in project management and consulting based on data analysis. He combines analytical, research and communication consulting specialties.

He gained his professional experience working for a number of private entities, mainly in the banking, financial and HR sectors, where he worked with a diverse group of stakeholders: from supervisory boards and management boards, to market regulators and public institutions. In recent years, within the public sector, he has served as a member of the Labor Market Council, and is currently deputy director of the Polish Economic Institute. the most opinion-forming think-tank in Poland.

He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Sociology, and holds an MBA from the Polish Academy of Sciences, Institute of Economic Sciences.

Privately, he is consumed by his family (wife and two sons), sports and travel. He loves good cinema, theater and meetings with friends, although he doesn’t always have time for them. Together with Elzbieta Czerwinska-Kubisiak, he hosts a homemade podcast, “DM Conversations,” in which they discuss social science topics in the context of both everyday affairs and big world events.
