Experienced leader, mentor and coach with more than 25 years of business experience at the board and supervisory board level.

She has served, among others, as Vice President for Commercial Affairs at Tauron Polska Energia, Board Member at Vattenfall Energy Trading, and Director at PwC.

As a coach and mentor, she supports management teams as well as individual top executives, influencing employee engagement and effectiveness.

She holds ICF-accredited coaching certifications: CoachWise Essentials Program, CoachWise Equipped Program and CoachWise Dynamics Program.

As a mentor, she is accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council at the Senior Practitioner level.

She graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the University of Lodz, as well as from the Catholic University of Nijmegen (the Netherlands).

Since 2013, she has been a board member of the LiderShe Association, as well as a founder and board member of the Effectus Papilionis Foundatio.
